Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use OpusStride.

You keep all rights to the resumes, cover letters, and other content you create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, render, and export that content so we can provide the service to you — for example, generating a PDF or running an AI suggestion you requested. We do not use your content to train our own models.

You agree not to use OpusStride to:

• misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or experience;
• upload content you don’t have the right to use, or that is unlawful;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI features;
• resell or redistribute the templates or the service as your own.

The AI helps you write; the accuracy and honesty of what ends up on your resume are your responsibility.

Our ATS score estimates how well a typical applicant-tracking system can parse your resume. It is a tool to help you improve readability, not a promise of an interview, a job, or any particular outcome with any specific employer or ATS. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us.

OpusStride offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record, on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Your existing documents remain available on the Free plan, subject to its limits.

You can delete your account at any time; deletion is permanent and purges your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

OpusStride is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law. (This section is subject to legal review before launch.)
